Occupation; Service in Bhilai Steel Plant from 1965 to 2001.Ex- Sr Manager, Bhilai Steel Plant.-Opted VRS in 2001.Present Occupation : Freelance Cartoonist.Honorary Post : Ex – President, Karnataka Cartoonists Association.
Member: Indian Institute of Cartoonists, BanagloreCartooning:* Started Cartooning in 1964.* Acquired Diploma in Cartooning from Raye Burns School of Cartooning , New Delhi in 1965.* Over 2000 cartoons on various subjects like Politics, Social satire, Environment, Industrial Management, HRD, Sports, AIDs, Anti smoking, Water Conservation etc are published in various mgazines of Karnataka and also in Hindi and English news dailies like Navbharat, Desha Bandhu, Dainik Bhaskar and Hitavada and MP Chronicle. Cartoons are being regularly published in Cartoon Watch from Raipur. Cartoons/ cartoons illustrations have been used for Story book illustrations, Book cover pages, School children education campaigns, Posters, Hoardings, Short Video films, TV films, Slide shows, Training programme presentations etc.
